Most pregnant teenagers become highly afraid the moment they discover that they are pregnant. They may not want to tell their parents or guardians. If you have been smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages, you should stop it now that you are pregnant. Don’t also take drugs. They are not good for your unborn baby. Your healthcare provider will be able to provide you with tips on how to quit smoking and alcohol consumption.

Get enough rest:

You should get enough sleep at night and even during the day. You will require about 8 to 9 hours of sleep every night and naps during the day.

Do exercise:

Exercising yourself regularly will help to prepare you for childbirth. It will also help you to deal with certain symptoms of pregnancy.

Don’t have unprotected sex :

Having unprotected sex exposes your unborn baby to the risk of being hurt by sexually transmitted infections.
