The scholarship opportunity is open to high school students, undergraduates, and graduate students and the awards range from $500 to $5,000. Hispanic Business Association Richard G. Cortez Scholarship

The Hispanic Business Association (HBA), is an all-volunteer, non-profit, non-partisan organization. They offer Hispanic scholarships and seek to improve societies and communities through education and the provision mentorship.
