It is common to see women that eat junks and a lot of processed foods simply because they are living active life or working out on daily basis. If you do not have a good eating habit, you will add weight no matter how long you spend on the tread mills or at the gyms. Exercise aids healthy eating habit. They go together. So, if you eat well and you don’t exercise yourself, you will not achieve your fitness goal; and if you exercise yourself very well but your eating habit is not good, you will also not achieve your fitness goal.
